This paper results from the author\u2019s particular interest in the subject of a variety of forms of employment<br>discrimination. The essence of this work is to illustrate the complexity of this occurrence. The author tried to pay a special attention to the discrimination based on race, nationality, disability, age, wage discrimination or discrimination based on the use of disciplinary sanctions.
